Very clean and nice looking building inside and out. Very nice front desk. Very curtious and respectful and honest. I leave cash to pay my rent which is frowned upon but I get to the front desk, she gives me an envelope i leave the money and it always gets to where it needs to go.

We had a wonderful time with our licensee Karla McBride. She was knowledgeable about the area from Knik River to Talkeetna and Anchorage as well as the peninsula. A wealth of information. It was a privilege to have her as our guide as we tough through house hunting. She was on time everyday she knew the areas we wanted to look at she was very friendly and happy to show us houses she thoroughly love her job That’s pretty evident..
